Villa Nickolas
Villa Nickolas is a rented studios family business located in Palio Kavalas.
Palio is 7 km from the town of Kavala and could be described as a suburb of Kavala.
Our building is located at the eastern end of Palio, 200 meters from the position "Glastres"
Access to be made by east PALIO through the town of Kavala, and west through New Irakleitsas. The Via Egnatia has hubs at both exit points.
The location of the building is ideal for the summer holidays, because of the short distance from the sea (about 50 meters) but also of the most beautiful beaches. The Palio is one of the oldest tourist resorts in the region, and is just 4 km from New Iraklitsa and 7 km from New Peramos, villages which are also popular tourist destinations.
The building is newly built, consists of underground auxiliary rooms, ground floor adjacent areas, breakfast room and coffee-bar, all rooms are on the first floor.
All the rooms have air conditioning, kitchen, refrigerator, telephone and television that is connected to a central system that transmits and satellite channels.
There is also a parking capacity of 25 seats and cargo area at the entrance of the building capacity of 5 posts. Just next to no parking Mini-Market, which is connected to the telephone center of the hotel with an internal number and it is possible and telephone orders.

Located only a few meters from Villa Nickolas, on the beach of Palio Kavalas, BEACH BAR NAYAGOS is the first and only beach bar in the Palio.
