All the flats have air-condition, toilette and bath with hot water all the day, comfortable kitchen ( with dining-room, electric cooker, fridge and cupboards ), wardrobe, large sofa ( for an additional person ), telephone, pre-chosen musical programs ( three channels ) and various other amenities like hair-dryer etc.
Their large veranda with the endless view of the sea, opposite to the coasts of Ionia , at the site of ancient Assos and Troy , is going to make you "travel" to ancient times...
Inside the comfortable main building there is a restaurant, a lounge with television and satellite channels, bars inside and outside it.
There are two swimming-pools ( one for children ) and Pool-Bars where you can enjoy cafe, refreshments or drinks during the sunset.
The night is colored with a unique Greek and particularly Lesbian tint, with well-organized musical-dancing Greek Nights, that are really going to be unforgettable.
Inside the hotel's area there is a Mini-Market selling all the basic products.
For our young visitors there is a play-ground and services of children animation and baby-sitting service too.
There is a meeting-room for the businessmen ( connection with Internet available ).
