At the mansion's farm at 1865 of Nicolaos Orlof's family, a holiday resort was build, that gains a reputation of a real oasis because of the elegant architecture of Spetses that is in full harmony with the unique environment of the island.

For the construction of ORLOFF RESORT were used natural materials, some of which come from the ground soil of Spetses, such as rock, wood, pebbles, marble, lime, tiles, slab-stone, all worked by the hands of local foremen.
