A group of residences in the valley of the river Karpenissiotis. In an all green environment, there are five independent residences, each one with different arrangement and capacity. They all allocate a living room with fireplace, a cooker with dining room, and everything that is essential in order to make your staying comfortable and pleasant.

We are located at the 7th kilometre of the central road that connects Karpenissi with the Great Village. Five independent bungalows with big verandas, separate entry and fireplace, each one with different capacity, are waiting to entertain you. The space is covered with grass in a extent of 4,5 acres and very friendly for the children, it allocates a playground, a mini 5x5, a cycling track, bicycles for our little friends and a lake with goldfish. The group aspires to become a place of holiday and relaxation, as its name also declares, "NINEMIA (LULL) RESORT".
