'Ellados Geuseis' ("Flavours of Greece")
Scent of tradition and Greek flavour, original traditional recipes from all over Greece.With much good mood and taste to offer something different to our island and based on the words TRADITION and FLAVOUR we travelled to many parts of Greece (Evros, Florina, Veria, Thessalonica, Thessaly, Ipiros, Imathia, Corfu, Mitilini, Chios, Karpathos, Crete, Zakynthos, Kimolos, Rhodes, etc.).
With the help of amazing ladies who really worship the traditional cooker and know how to mix flavours as they have learned from their grand mothers.
We made a menu from old original recipes. Some of them are KOUKOULOTO from Veria that was shown to us by Mrs. Mario, PAPOUDA FROM THRACE with meatballs by Mrs Helen, LAGOTO FROM TRIPOLI, cooked by Mrs Sofia, FRYGADELIA from Roumeli by Mrs StylIani, FILLIANO NTOLMADES from Mitilini by Mrs Marigoula, TZIGIEROSARMADES from Olympus by Mrs Katerina, MUSHROOMS STIFADO from Kimolos by the amazing Mrs Vaggelio, MEATPIE FROM ZAKYNTHOS by Mrs Evgenia, SOUHLOUDES from Mitilini with batter by Mrs Athanasia, TALIATELES from Karpathos with small bites of smoked pork by Mrs Vasiliki, KOPANISTOPITA from Chios by Mrs Hrisoula, the AROMATIC CHICKEN with green olives from Evia by Mrs Matoula with their splendid flavour.
Of course, the secret of our success is not only the originality of the recipes but also the all fresh vegetables, the qualitative Greek meat, the extra virgin olive oil and the right spices.
All these together meet in a traditional, friendly and pleasant environment that we created for you, 'Ellados Geuseis' ("Flavours of Greece").
