The hotel has three restaurants and four bars, with a total capacity of up to 600 people inside the main restaurant, 3000 people in the banquet room and 4,000 outside.

Very often, the hotel's facilities, organize special theme parties such as medieval, ancient Greek nights, traditional Rhodian meals, BBQ, cocktail party and Gala, often accompanied by traditional ballets, international dance, jazz and Greek bands, magicians, laser and fireworks.

Alternatively, organized events outside the hotel to historic sites, Byzantine monasteries, medieval castles, and at any place desired by customers.
